CREAMY MAPLE BALSAMIC SPREAD
This is really good. With just a little tweaking, I think it would also be good as a salad dressing. I created it to go with my Bacon Spinach Tomato Sandwich which turned out wonderful. It's made with thick cut peppered bacon, baby spinach, fresh sliced tomato and avacado. Serve that up on toasted multi grain bread with this spread.....Yummmmm!
CREAMY MAPLE BALSAMIC SPREAD
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup
- 2-3 tsp good quality balsamic
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Stir together all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use. This makes enough for 8-10 sandwiches.
