HONEY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. dry milk
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 pkgs yeast
Mix above ingredients in a large bowl.
Heat to warm/very warm but not hot and pour over flour the following:
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 tbsp oil
Heat oven to 375*
Blend on low 1 minute and medium for 2 min. Add 1 c. wheat flour and 4 - 4 1/2 c. white flour until it pulls from the side of bowl. Dust counter with flour and knead 5 minutes.
Oil a large bowl, turn dough to coat and let rise until double in size. Punch down and make 2 large loaves or 3 small. Let rise again until double. Bake 30-40 minutes.
