APPLE and GOAT CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN THIGHS

The flavor in these "Apple and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Thighs" is spectacular. Of course, I love goat cheese, and apples, and chicken thighs. I used Honey Crisp apples, which are great right now, and they held up perfectly. This would be a great dish to entertain with. It's easy, tastes great, and looks impressive. I like thigh meat, but my hubby prefers breast meat (go figure), so next time I am going to use them. Hopefully, I'll find some with the skin on, because I think it adds huge flavor to the stuffing. - 1/2 tsp sage
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
